Do you need 70 Defence to use the Piety prayer?

I believe you do, yes.

You need 65 defence to complete the quest needed for piety, after that you can use it.

well a friend says you need 65 for Chivalry and 70 for piety. And I can't seem to find any info about it anywhere.

Well, I've done the quest and I have all required stats, but I don't have 70 Prayer. This is what happens when I click on it.

 

 

 

Oh, that's news to me. Guess it's not that much of a problem, after completing the quest it's only 5 or less levels.
