After being on a certain forum where this is not a practice, which I left nearly immediately, I can tell you that this is the best policy. You can post yt vids about runescape in the general discussion sticky, and general ones in the off topic sticky. For example, if I made a thread about The Who, I might include some 'tube videos for extra content and as examples of their songs etc. If you found a funny video on Youtube, don't make a new topic just about it.
