hey guys im currently training slayer with a cannon (trying to get 65 - 85) and im planning on alching while my cannon does the work what is the best thing to alch that looses the least amount of profit.

 

 

 

please note i will be buying the natures and items

 

 

 

i might craft 1 - 5 k natures after 50 slayer to alch what profit could i make then?

Alch anything that's about 200gp under the alch price on the g/e. Green d'hide bodies/yew longs/steel plates are good examples. You'll have to do some research yourself too.

To be honest, if someone found something cheap to alch with good profit, they wouldn't tell you. So you'd have to find something through databases, find out the profit and do it from there.

Alot of items won't lose you 100gp an alch. Try anything you make like yew longbows or bracelets.

OT: I alched Maple Longbows witch i bought at 384GP each, and alched for 384GP each. So they only loss you are gonna make is the loss due to the Nature Runes.

Also, that maple longbow alching isn't a good idea. It loses you just as much as alching buckets or something. The whole point of alching is trying to find an item that pays back at least partly for the nature rune used.

Some decent things that can be alched are rune and green d hide items but you can only but 100 of the every 4 hours...

Nope, telling you to focus on one skill, rather than doing both at the same time and messing up both.

 

 

 

You will use more cballs/task (and possibly prayer pots too) when you don't melee, so it's more expensive to do it this way.

 

Your alching wont be very efficient either as you will be running around to pick up loot and refilling your cannon.

 

If you really want to do this you can always mage the monsters instead of melee'ing them.

 

Melee xp is never bad, even if you don't need it. I bet you were going to level it later anyway.

D jay 99 makes a great point. I actually think that what he says makes mare sense that what you want to do. Maybe you should take what he said into consideration before you waste your time and money.

Hes giving you good advice. Alching while cannoning is extremely innefficient and horrible slowing down 2 skills, raising costs even more.
