I want Fire cape back, but i wanna ask some questions.

 

 

 

1: With me being 99 meles, wouldn't it be best if i used mele on boss? I realize that involves me switching 3 prayers, but if i can learn to switch between 2 prayers, wouldn't i be able to do with 3?

 

 

 

Also, i will be using Whip+dfs

 

 

 

2: Wouldn't i kill Jad fast with my 99 meles, if i kept switching prayer at right time and right protection? So question is, do you think i would kill boss so fast that healers wouldn't get near him in time?

 

 

 

3: Why is this a bad idea?

As an owner of 6 fire capes on my recently stolen main (armaniaflip), I recommend range.

 

I was 99 attack strength and defence, and only 80 range, and did both methods.

 

Range was BY FAR the easier one, albeit the slower one.

 

Melee was quicker, but also hard, and I had to keep my wits about me. I got hit twice.

 

Not really sure what your talking about with the healer thing..

 

But yea, I recommend range \

Thanks, i have used range before and i have killed boss with range. But i have not gotten my questions answered. All i know, is that you think range is better. If so how please?

I've tried both methods, and range is MUCH easier.

 

Melee may be quicker, but is alot harder, seeing as you have to switch between 3 prayers instead of 2.

Range would be easier, but with 99 melee stats it would be possible. Switching between 3 prays requires an immense amount of concentration and I wouldn't recommend it since you will likely get hit. And about the healers, I don't think it possible unless you have an armadyl gs and u veng/4 hit jad with all your hits being +50. So you will likely have to deal with the healers. And since you also have the healers to deal with and switch between 3 prays, I would recommend you to reconsider meleeing jad and just use range. Good luck. :thumbsup:

There is a guy on youtube that killed jad easily with AGS, he speced twice above 70 and was really quick...asumming that you get a GS and you are 99 in all melee stats, wont be so different for you dude....idk, but maybe you can try it :thumbsup:
