So does anyone know of a Guide that illustrates and explains well how to use it? I is a plus if the guide has easy understandable language with not so complicated vocabulary.

September 18, 200817 yr How about instead of deciding where it should go, you could try helping him out? To OP, try http://www.gimptalk.com. There are some good tutorials there for both learning the GIMP, and getting started with some simple art. This http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic/A-Guide-To-Gimp-6150-1.html teaches some of the basics of digital art like blurring, layers, etc. This http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic/tutorial-Learn-Full-Gimp-Interface-In-Half-An-Hour-20-1.html looks at the interface a little to help get your head around it a bit. This http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/official-tutorial-index-t20079.html is a huge index of tutorials if you're interested in trying out some digital art. Good luck! :) [Tip.It Mod][Retired][Add your Steam name here!]
