PURESMITHER
Hi, I'm trying to find a really good way to train to 90ish attack from 71. I have a budget of around 5 mil cash and am wondering where to train and how to train it. I thought of ankous or giant spiders in the stronghold of security but I'm not sure whether to use guthans, bones to peaches or food. I am willing to try anything, but would prefer not to have to use prayer potions unless absoloutely necessary. Important info: Strength: 72 Defence: 71 Hitpoints: 74 Prayer: 57 Quest points: 240 (can access most areas) Thanks in advance, Typhoontoby. Dire_Wolf
Ways for you to get 71-90 Attack: Fastest experience training spots Ghostly Warriors(Recommended): You earn profit, get over average experience and use little focus on monitoring your character's hp. No prayer potions used, and not dangerous training spot at all. The exp is very good. This training spot is 2nd after Zombie monkeys. Healing Familiar or Food used as healing here. Guthan is excellent to use aswell. Ghostly Warriors is described by me by these words: Profitable, fun, easy, safe, great exp. Link to my guide about them: viewtopic.php?f=113&t=761864 Zombie Monkeys(Fastest way of getting 71-90): Prayer potions used, but this is fastest way of getting experience in melee skills. Very good if you ask me (i am maxed melee). But you need to have done Monkey Madness quest and have done other requirements. Was guide on this forum, but the guide maker removed it a week ago or so. Average Options' Ankous: Good cash and average experience. Worth training at. No further notes. Bone to peach spell used here (But Guthan works excellent too) Dust Devils: A monster that is awesome (Very low defence). Gives average experience. Bone to peach is excellent to use here, although if you have 68 summon i recommend using bunyip. You can bring chisel to cut gems to bolt tips (Emerald+Ruby is pretty good i bet, as they are used for Metal dragons+GWD and other bosses). The training spot is very safe, and there is a chance of getting Dragon chain as drop. I would recommend it but the experience is not better than Ghostly Warriors. But if you wanna try it, go for it: this training spot don't have much flaws. And if you are lucky you might get chain ;) Slayer: You level slayer (Which earns you cash later), but not to fast as you go from task to task. Guthan or Healing familiar used here. That's all i could think of for now. Here's what i think is best from fastest-slowest: Zombie Monkeys (Some cash spent but worth the exp) Ghostly Warriors (Great cash+exp, but Zombie's faster for EXP) Dust Devils/Ankous (Hard to say which is fastest) Slayer Remember: Slayer is a cash earning skill, and most of these monsters does give cash+good experience. So don't choose slayer if you want exp, choose slayer if you want high slayer level+ a solid way for fast cash earning. Slayer at 80+: gives solid and good cash. Hope it helps
Yes_Its_Ross
You will get a lot of replies just saying: Slayer. Don't do it! It's a trap. Sike, seriously the best choice is slayer. ]
Dire_Wolf
How is slayer best choice? Ghostly Warriors+Zombie monkeys+Ankous: You get 15-20% Attack and Strength Boost. You frequently kill. Ghostly Warriors gives you cash. A friend earned 190K in 1 hour and he got great experience as well. Not to mention how easy Ghostly Warriors is to deal with. Slayer: 15% Attack and Strength Boost. You are most of time on move. If you get high leveled monster: you will be hitting alot 0s. BAD EXP. Slayer good for? Earn cash. You need 80+ to be like "Woow i am earning great bucks now!!". So i don't get how SLAYER is best way to get 71-90 Attack.

Dire_Wolf
I don't fail as i am just trying to help the poster to find the best spot to level at. As he said "I want a really good spot to level at". Also: You earn 250K at 13 slayer? I know methods that don't require any slayer level yet it gives you good cash. As i said: Slayer is made for earning cash. 250K a hour is little cash if you ask me. IF your gonna reply to this, please be within topic: as i don't wanna go on a flame war. But a info: i earned 19M in 1 hour at GWD. So if you want cash: Slayer as i said: is solid method. But it does not give you HIGH cash unless your over 80+. Dire_Wolf
I am experienced with Aggressive monster+Undead ones. I know how Bandits is. I don't think they are good: Cause you get people "Stealing" your spot most of time. (People who steal my spots, gets a *facepalm* back at them. Also torture, of me taking all kills, but that's just me lol.) It's tons of competition there. And i do not believe it beats Ghostly Warriors in EXP. Question to you ( a bit of topic but): If you think Bandit is 2nd best, what do you think is best exp?

Dire_Wolf
Yeah. But i can assure you that bandits is big competition about, so you can't train at a spot without some losers trying to steal. So when they try to steal: you get "EXP GAPS" where you get little exp. + I know for sure that EXP at Ghostly warriors is EXCELLENT

Dire_Wolf
viewtopic.php?f=113&t=761864 There you go: that's my guide. But there's also another one in AOW if my guide is not good enough  They are not aggressive forever like bandits: but the EXP is most likely better. They are aggressive for 9-10 minutes (maybe more), then it takes 30 sec to get them aggressive back.
Great_one
slayer is the best as your really training 4 things at once slayer xp-1xp per hit hp xp-1.3xp per hit atk xp-4xp per hit summonign xp-depends on monster not to mention youll only be borred if at all at the end of a longer task and then you get to kill a whole new monster(or not you could get 5 tasks in a row but eventualy)

That 1 skill is slayer. Summon exp? That's true: but camping at waters give more crimson than slayer. Though i find Slayer decent, it's not necessary good always. 1: Slayer takes you to monsters that has high defence or annoying monster. Example: Metal dragons+warped monsters (You can block them yeah). But still that does not make up for the EXP you can earn at camping monsters. 2: Slayer is good for people who don't wanna get bored. But do you know that at Ghostly Warriors, while you level you can watch a movie, read forum/news or anything else you want? As i have said: Slayer is average leveling, and Ghostly Warriors+Zombie Monkeys are over average by decent amount. Bandits: are fast too,but as i have mentioned there are alot people there (And i do not think it beats Ghostly Warriors). Based on this reason: Salve Amulet (e) gives 20% STR and ATT BOOST. Kinda annoyed that people say Slayer is best. Slayer is not best: Sure it's fun and has variety and earns you cash. But Slayer is not best for EXP, and Slayer is not only way to go to earn cash. The Slayer skill allows you to kill those strange creatures that you may previously have thought immune to your attacks. Many of these creatures are ancient and greedy, and have amassed a great deal of wealth in their time. You'll find that by training your Slayer skill, you can earn great rewards. Your saying i have PC'D my 99s? Meaning OF AFK: Away from keyboard, your not near your computer but doing something else. So no,i have not PC'D my 99s or AFKED them. I am someone who loves melee and choose fastest option to 99s which obviously isen't SLAYER. Don't say "I wasn't accusing you of those things", obviously you are. Why else would you say that? What relevance does it have with the topic. Immature how some people can act...

Dire_Wolf
Here's description of what will be best for you and will be last thing i post  From fastest to slowest NR 1:Zombie monkeys, cost a bit cash but will get you fast 90 attack. NR 2:Ghostly warriors, great spot: with great profit and it's easy and relaxing (Same goes for experience, but not better than Zombies). NR 3: Bandits. Just relaxing and not much activity. NR 4: Slayer: If you like variety of monsters, charm drops, and leveling slayer+earning cash. If these things are what you want, then GO FOR SLAYER. But remember most of these training spots gives profit, so choose wisely. NR 5: Dust Devils or Ankous, if you can't be bothered with ones mention above. Oh and i use _ cause it makes somethings noticeable :)
