I can tell you use Safari. It runs fine for me. See if your java applet is functioning, and if it isn't the latest version, update it. A screenshot would be nice if we knew what happens when you log in(And make sure it's of the whole desktop, not just the browser. Are you trying to play in HD? Are you using the unsigned applet? Remember a small statement: Garbage in, Garbage out. When we have more information, we can further help with the problem. EDIT: try Firefox or IE, see if either of those work.
