October 6, 200817 yr People crap on bungie for halo and i think that is completely wrong.The halo series is in no way a bad game, its one of the only examples of a FPS on consoles that is built from the ground up as a console game, which sounds like a [developmentally delayed] notion but most first person shooters on consoles are developed on pc and ported to console with movement speeds and enemy density lowered.Halo is created hwo it was designed and it has become a phenomenon in the single player area and multiplayer area. Unfortunatly this extracontent will be monetized, if microsoft took anything away from valve with steam its that you dont charge for extra content after a person has bought a game, its an incentive to not pirate the game, it increases longevity and its a sign of good will to youre consumerbase that the game you may have bought will see even more content in future. I crap on them because they wanted out .. And there still petting there game .. They wanted to go independent, youre hating on them because they want to have full control over there games? Oh and this behaviour towards bungie seems to be the "OH THEY [bleep]ING SOLD OUT, I LIKED THE BAND BEFORE THEY WERE FAMOUS AND NOW THEY SUCKING [bleep]" that is commonplace in music

January 4, 200917 yr Can we bump a thread even harder??? Sure, but I'll need to run to the "toy" store first. The name has been officially changed to Halo: ODST. Which is Bungie's dumbest move ever. It now sounds so bland and generic. Halo 3: Recon actually sounded decent; scouting, stealthy, and the word itself is cool, even if those gameplay elements aren't actually in the game. Someone needs to write them a letter. Command the Murderous Chalices! Drink ye harpooners! drink and swear, ye men that man the deathful whaleboat's bow- Death to Moby Dick!BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
