FoG = money?

Does Fist of Guthix make any money at all?

What item sells best? What item is best to spend tokens on to sell for money?

Im P2P and have currently 3620 tokens.

Kwuarm Gloves are the best money maker, but they require 70 herblore. In my opinion, using the herb gloves at Aberrant Spectres grants you the most profit, no matter what gloves they are. Chaos druids would work too.

However, anything could pretty much give you profit. I mean, you hardly lose anything, maybe 1 or 2 arrows/bolts per round. So yeah, its good stuff.

My friend actually got 70 herblore on his pure just to do kwuarm gloves, lol. But yeah, they're really good.

And the reason I suggest aberrant spectres is it seems a lot like if you get like a double/triple kwuarm drop, it only counts as one charge on the gloves. This is what my friend found it to be like, but we aren't completely sure about it. Its still at least like 300k per pair of gloves.

Sounds good but there is 1 problem..

I hate combat and Slayer skill - not so big fan of Herblore either, well atleast haven't tried it yet..

Anything else?

ah. Well, I'm not necessarily sure. I would have to calculate what gives the most gp per token. You would have to suicide while having an abyss skull (or items that protect over the item you got) then run back and pick up the now broken item to sell it.

My guess would be rune gaunts or rune zerker shields will give the most gp per token, but I can't be sure of it until I actually go and calculate it out. So I'm not sure.

Im lazy and really really bad at math so I would apprichiate if you would calc it for me. :?

You just can uncharge them by talking to the guy selling them, don't say you have done the Abyss tactic you just told me to do.. #-o

Oh. Lol, I've never bought them to sell them. >.>

Well where I'm at right now runescape is blocked so I can't necessarily do that. You'd probably want to look at the white and green mage armour, rune gauntlets, and rune zerker shields. To find the best thing to buy... divide the item price by the tokens required to buy the item, and whichever yields the highest number is the best thing to do. I would do this for you but I can't soo yeah >.> sorry. It will be like 3.5 hours before I'm able to access it.

I think Rune Gaunts sell somewhat good, they're about 80k for 200 tokens ... but you'd have to die and pick the pair back up for them to degrade.

Can't you read earlier posts or play RuneScape? :wall:

BY TALKING TO THE GUY WHO SELLS THEM FOR TOKENS UNCHARGES THE ITEMS FOR YOU! Duh..

Are you sure that the Gauntlets sells best and makes most money? .. waiting for more replys, I want to be sure.

I'm really really wishing that I sold my pair in the first 2 weeks that FoG came out. They [bleep]ed to like 300K. Oh well.

But otherwise, you'd be better off doing something else non-FoG related unless you're there for fun. I take the game as something fun to do and to raise magic for free ( ) and take the tokens as a bonus.

My bad :P

EDIT: They sound good enough, have you noticed how f2p items soar in price? Saradomin armor sets, green d'hide (g)? The dragon gauntlets cost more tokens for a bare profit as compared to rune ones.

Im there for fun... Just as bonus getting the tokens but not wanting to lose money with them, I always think about best profit.. Im greedy person.. :?

By the way, nice thread about running and tactics, I completly agree with that... Its not noobish to use prayer to get higher charges and win. Its not noobish to avoid being hit, blocking hunter to rocks/statues or using houses. - Gota that player made rules..

Green D'hide Coifs - 1200k

Rune Gauntlets - 1350k

Dragon Gauntlets - 1620k

Using Kwuarm Gloves (according to totalpwnage) - 5400k

Heh...

The Battle Robes look kinda nice too, if you wanted to buy some uncharged and use a few tokens to charge them.
