I did not do the quest yet (Perils of Ice Mountain) so atm the brother does nothing.... can anyone confirm ? September 29, 200817 yr Author just to confirm that yes after you do Peril in Ice Mountain the monk can attach the sigil to the blessed shield for a charge of 1.5mil even if you dont have 90 prayer and 85 smithing. The monk brother bordiss is found in the power station after the quest near the dwarven mine.
