is it against jagex rules to have someone buy a stack of ge stuff and sell it to someone else for the same price? like buying 10 dfs and selling?

No. I don't see how you think it could.

I'm stumped at how you could think this is against the rules, you are just trading items, not doing any illegal activity :? To be safe anyway, try the RuneScape Official Forums and see if a moderator can help you, but you will probably get kiddies telling you " OMG U idot, wai wuld dat b gainst da wools?! Lol nerd!!!1" ( ;) )

My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.

I do understand why you ask because it could be done to manipulate prices but... no i do not believe it is against rules

They could easily fix that anyway by applying GE limits ton trades and they would never do that so no my guess is its not against the rules
