I have no intrest in helping "keyers" farm xp.

Party hat owners are complaining as they don't sell at the moment.

 

They won't for another week or so when it reaches rock bottom. At that point it'll turn and reach a high point a crash again. This cycle may repeat a few times at a lesser rate, but eventually it leads to a stable market. I plan on buying Purple relatively soon.

You basically summed up the whole future of party hats. :P

 

Except that "price manipulators" will get their hands on them and do everything in their might to

 

make some money of them unless Jagex has done something similar to what they did to the Amours/Weapons.

 

Hopefully Jagex has done this cause:
