My question is simple, and I'll ask it in example:

 

I'm 99 Strength and I drink a Super Strength Potion. So my Strength lvl goes to 118. How many second go by, exactly, before my strength goes to 117.

Well it goes in cycles and im not sure how many seconds each cycle is, but if you drink the potion near the end of a cycle it could go down the second after.

 

 

 

Again, not sure how long a cycle lasts for though.

Your hp restores normally by 1 hp/minute. It does that at a set time, every minute. The same goes for your potion and every other drained/boosted stat. After it goes down 1 point, it will take exactly 1 minute before it goes down another. All your stats naturally restore 1 point every minute.

 

 

 

If you drink a strength potion 10 seconds before your hp restores 1 point, your strength will only stay at 118 for 10 seconds.
