If they were tradeable, Summoning would just be thrown in the bin with cooking, and fletching that would be easily buyable. It would also be unbalanced as people would be able to buy combat lvls.

 

 

 

Except cooking costs like 5M tops, and if charms were buyable summoning would be like 150M to straight up buy. Also you can already buy combat levels with prayer.
