SomeWelshGuy
Hi, Well I'm currently doing Aviansies (1m profit in a few hours :D), but using the prayer method. Obviously this is quite expensive. Do I have good enough stats to tank them, and what equipment should I wear? Any good guides on tanking them? Thanks Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper. Pieterse
70+ Defense and Range is fine.
SomeWelshGuy
I'll try this setup and alternate between spots, this is what I'm going to use for a few kills just to see if it works: Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.
deathdrow
I'll try this setup and alternate between spots, this is what I'm going to use for a few kills just to see if it works: you don't need that much defence. switch the d boots for snakeskin boots. and maybe take a few hundred more arrows than that. UnknownRemoval
Replace helmet with zamorak coif for more bonuses And a combat bracelet would be a good idea, it still gives range attack bonus and teleports to the warriors guild. (That's why I said get zamorak coif.) Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player

llamster
75+ def should be a must, im 75 def, 85 range and i get hit quite alot. You only have to have enough defence to stay alive on B2P, tbh. And what setup are you using? My friend with 78 defence tanks them with 159 range defence. Someone with 70 defence or less could stay alive with 200+ defence. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
SomeWelshGuy
I've mixed and matched some of the items mentioned here, to come up with this setup: It works great, I don't get hit all that much, and I have a nice range bonus to hit high and often. Thanks :D Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.
