Why? 2) Does the GE database update randomly? or is there a fixed time? The +13 is not a recommended price, it is what happened compared to the previous day. You can usually look at the ge graphs to see when a price is going to peak and start falling. The GE is updated randomly now by JaGEx.

October 20, 200817 yr There are max prices for certain items, such as water runes which are stuck at 18 because you can buy them in a shop for 18. Sorry that I misread your question earlier but there must be a shop where you can get lobsters for that amount somewhere.

It's the right time for it, lobsters will start dropping soon I guess. The "recommend" price (right term is: market price) cant exceed the maximum price (that's why it's called max price).
