Aslan Posted October 21, 2008 Share Posted October 21, 2008 LVL 75 crafting(you can ask for assistance).I believe it is a dragonstone item(same gem used in glory making); make a dragonstone ring and enchant it(lvl 87 enchant? 10 earth& 10 fires+1 cosmic rune. (And 75 Crafting didn't work while being assisted last time I tried.)
