October 21, 200817 yr LVL 75 crafting(you can ask for assistance).I believe it is a dragonstone item(same gem used in glory making); make a dragonstone ring and enchant it(lvl 87 enchant? 10 earth& 10 fires+1 cosmic rune. EDIT:From tip.it item database->Player made (75 crafting, gold bar, enchanted gem, ring mould). Sorry for the misunderstanding.
