Numberkills
I recently got an eMachines W3650, and it was working like a pearl until yesterday. My sister was trying to unplug the paper shredder and accidentally unplugged the multi-outlet thing that my computer was hooked up to. Now whenever I start my computer, it gets to the main desktop screen, works fine, then the mouse freezes with the hourglass next to it before anything can even load. I know that the problem isn't the mouse, because it works fine in safe mode. I've ran a virus scan, so that's not it. Numberkills
Problem solved. I'm not sure what it was exactly, so I ran a system restore to Monday when it was working fine and now I'm all systems go. Back to thieving ^_^ 99 Fletching || 288/309 Quest Points || 99 Cooking || 122 Combat || 99 Defence || 2000+ Total ||16/25 80+'s || 99 Firemaking || 99 Woodcutting || 2011 Goals : All skills 80+ | 99 Magic | 99 Farming | 99 Thieving | 99 Hunter | 99 Range "The Unexamined Life is not worth living" - Socrates
D. V. Devnull
I'd almost bet something got corrupted in one of the directories that System Restore monitors. That would explain why the restore worked for you. :-k ... Anywho, since the problem is no more, I'm calling it "Case Closed"... But please don't lose power like that again? 8-) ~D. V.
