skrtyuin578
I've tried and tries again but I can't manage to get any of my sigs under 30kb if they have animated text. All it does is fade in a dn out but I can't do it. I use no more than 25 frames but I can't get it under 30kb. Is there some sort of trick to this or something? Because if there is I can't figure it out.
Jaguar_Kings
Try using less frames, and always chose the option "Save optimized as" ^^ If you use Imageready for animating.
Mercifull
Youll have to use less colours. The problem with a fade in/out animation is that it increases the number of colours used in the gif by like 10 fold or something stupid. Its hard to retain quality. Perhaps have the fade in etc over block colour instead of gradiated or textured to reduce the extra colours needed. EEK!!! imageready... i used that for a year but got fed up with the poor animation quality of it and switched to macromedia flash MX optimising it helps and lowering frames also helps. if those dont work try changing the type of tween your using. You can also read some guides on optimising .gif

skrtyuin578
I wish I had the 500 bucks to dish out for flash. But luckly before school ended I had the principal get the info I need to get an education version for only $100. And the only down side is that I can't do web commerce but I wouldn't be doing that anyway. So now it's just a matter of getting around to order it. :)
