Alright, so I have a 53m cash pile and have no clue what to do with it, which is why I need your help. Before you offer advice, though, there are a few things to know about me, aspects which you can probably attribute to 99% of the community:

 

 

 

1) I am extremely lazy and get bored easily, but I love fast exp (obviously)

 

 

 

2) I don't mind spending money too much as long as it is worthwhile

 

 

 

3) Time is money. I trained to 82fm with magic logs. Pleasee don't only suggest "get 99 fletching" but please add details like "do unstrung mage longs for 99 fletching" or any other QUICK method

You may want to consider getting 88 smithing for addy plates if you go to aviansies and collect the bars, but I dunno, it's all up to you. This is a good way to continue training from there. But using goldsmith gaunts and gold ores is still slow.

One of the greatest secrets for my farming level was making toadflax, which was like 600gp per seed and with secrateurs close to 12k per.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At your level with supercompost, it should almost never die. (Mine died about once every six patches; that was when I had 60something farming. At 73 it seemed to go down to one every eight patches). Don't forget secreteurs!

If you have done My Arm's Big Adventure, you'll have access to 5 herb patches. Doing toadflax, for example, would get you around 70k per run. But toadflax gives a low amount of xp, so I'd say you should do dwarf weed, they give alot of xp, and you can get quite some herblore xp from them too. Of course the second reason also applies to toadflax, as you can make Saradomin brews with them. You'll get around 1.5k xp per run (5 patches) if you'd do toadflax and, according to my friend, 7-8k per run if you'd do dwarf weed.

Don't forget higher level seeds have a higher death rate too.

If i do toadflax to combine it with herblore, should i do MTK as well to get nests and possible seeds? If so what should i put my workers on? 10 on maples 5 on...?

I don't like kingdom, but if you want to you can add the farmers and miners (if you still want smithing)

It would of course be a nice way to make even more money, so I'd say yes. Use MTK. 10 on maples and perhaps 5 on flax? Not really familiar with MTK anymore.

Terrorbird, but can you use Lunar Magic? Because if you can't its relatively pointless, no pun intended. Dang, i'm gonna have post traumatic stress, pun intended.
