Slow and expensive I think only way is to burst mumys at chaos tunels ...Some cash back How much it will cost to 90 and 94 ? In one breath you say alch/irons are too expensive then in the next you say you have 20+mil to spend and are willing to burst mummies. Personally I got 90 mage by fire waving steel dragons. I broke even as I got lucky with dragon legs/skirt. This is viable for you. You can always burst Rock Lobsters for crimson charms and offset the cost by saying it gets you summoning XP. Doing enchanting in the MTA with the highest enchant spell is good XP but boring. Otherwise your best bet is to mass alch. Trust the Gene Genie! Don't camp though in case you die and lose loads. Take about 3-4k bloods per trip, this works well with anti-fire pots leaving room for loot.
