I'm sorry, I'm having trouble understanding what you mean. Are you trying to make a picture you made into the desktop background? If you are (and I'm assuming you're using windows), right click on the picture file, and click "select as desktop background" or similar.

You right click it and chose 'set as desktop'.

If your talking about a program to edit images (adding a background image) then GIMP is worth looking at.

You should probably ask someone to make it for you, make a topic in the Art Bazaar explaining exactly what you want.

 

 

 

If you do want to make it yourself, either buy Photoshop which is like £600, or download GIMP for free. You won't be making decent stuff overnight though, they are complicated programs if you've never used something like that before.

i cant even fint out how to do a line on GIMP :ohnoes:
