Also, if you have 93 summon you can use the Abyssal Titan and ess shipment scrolls to essentially camp at the essence mines. However, if you are F2P, Varrock is your only viable option. That would be the fastest way. Yanille is very fast also, since the steps from the Rune Essence Mine Teleporter is like 10 steps away.
