Go to the slayer master in Burthorpe. He changes tasks to "give you something a little less challenging". Burthorpe is north of Taverly. This is where the Rogues den, Heros Guild, Games room and Warriors guild are located. (Just a few landmarks if you didn't know where it was)

If you get slayer points, use 30 of them to cancel a task. Don't go to Turael to get a new one if you get slayer points. You'll have to do 5 tasks in a row before getting points again.

 

 

 

If you do not get slayer points, then go to Turael to get a noob task.

yeah i would suggest using slayer points to cancel a task rather then go cancel a task.
