Probably, as the actual broom is F2P, and you can usually talk to NPCs about members quests in F2P (Wise Old Man for example). Retired Tip.It Crew Mapper.
November 3, 200817 yr The broom's destroy option says you can get it back from maggie. I doubt she'll move to a p2p server, but after the event's over you can't start the quest, but you can retrieve the broom. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
November 8, 200817 yr Has anyone actually tested if the broom can be retrieved in F2P? Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement.Also check out my blug
