RuneScape Google Earth?

Featured Replies

you cant make a spherical version of runescape because certain areas just end and theres just black after it, it would be too hard imp not worth the time and as someone else say a new building introduced scraps the whole thing :|

I'll make it 2D like the map I posted

You'd have the same guy in the middle of every screenshot though... there's not really a way to get around that unless you clone it out.

I have already thought about that. I will only use bottom half of the picture (right underneath the player). I know it will take twice as long, but it will make it much easier with the angle as well.

You could use an Easter Egg ring and just colour in the egg with the background, wouldn't look bad imo.

The map of Gielinor is intended to eventually be spherical, but the only known parts of the map are the equivalent of a continent on Earth, so for now we can play it safe with a 2D image.

This could be a really good idea if you can get the images to fit perfectly, but I don't know if you can with uneven terrain.
