November 5, 200817 yr It was at the Sawmill yesterday, but as it is wednesday, it has probably moved to another location. Talk to the circus barker in lumbridge (church area generally) to find out where it is.

No, if you actually talk to them (as in click on them) they will always tell you the location. My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)
