i got lv 72 str, def ,att im lv 90 cb where should i train str?

weapon- sara sword

 

helm- helm of nezit

 

ammy-glory

 

body-rune plate

 

leg-rune leg

 

boot- idk..?

 

gloves- idk..?

 

ring- ring of wealth

Do slayer, and next time dont make 2 seperate posts in 10 minutes, combine them.

sell ss, buy full dh and many antipoisons and go to ape atoll in the temple, near the altar.

 

 

 

begin without prayer and when you get like 10 hp left, turn prayer off. Beware the spider, thats y those tons of super strong antipoison. with a full inventory of antipoison+prayer book from that quest (the one you get the anchor) while wielding a holy simbol you can stay der forever.

 

 

 

i personally dont like dharoks training, but oh well, its one of the best training methods (i only train cb stats at slayer tasks)

Do you want the fastest possible experience or make some money as well? Ankous are good for money and get pretty fast experience if you have a salve ammy(pereferably an enchanted one), green dragons are also good for money. Slayer is pretty good for cash and experience(black mask helps). As for fast exp...I wouldn't really know, I don't use those methods. :(

You should try spiders in Stronghold of Security. They auto attack you, and are pretty good exp. Just bring some food and a tele, and you'll be fine. Hope I helped :thumbsup:

yeah on ape atoll you can stay forever with some antipoisons.

Zombie monkeys with a salve amulet is the fastest xp in the game. Don't bother with a strength training weapon, just use a whip on controlled.
