Don't use the EctoFuntus, find someone with a Gilded Alter in their house (RuneScape Official Forums) and use that instead, it's a lot faster. You just use the bones on their alter, bank, and repeat.

 

 

 

If you refuse and must do the Ectofuntus, then take 14 pots and 14 bones, go to the Ecto, go upstairs, grind the bones, bank, and repeat until all of the bones are done. Then take a full inventory of buckets, go back to the Ecto, go down the trapdoor, allllll the way down to the bottom, and scoop slime into the buckets, do that until you have an equal amount of buckets as you do slime. Then take 14 pots of bones and 14 buckets of slime, make sure to have your amulet of ghostspeak on, go to the Ectofuntus, worship until you can't anymore, talk to the disciple to collect tokens, and worship more if you need to, bank and repeat.

Although I agree with Vulxai, if you want all of the xp go with Ectofuntus. I recommend you grind all the bones first, then gather the goo. Like this-
