All of your topics simply have a one line question with very little explanation and completely lack proper grammar and spelling. Many of these take under 30 seconds to find if you just search the Tip.It site, or the Runescape Knowledge base. I don't mind answering questions when people need help, I have 53% of my posts in this forum, but some of your questions are just you being too lazy to look up anything yourself.

 

 

 

Go look at your topic asking how to train strength, your strength and defence are the same so chances are you will be training at the same place as they recommended in that topic.
