how is MTK approval calculated?

By gathering resources you make the citizens happy and your approval raises. The higher the approval the more resources the citizens gather which will be given to you if you have money in your coffers.

I know. I want to know how much it goes down each day and how much gathering each resource adds to the score. I'm looking for numbers.

Also, do I need to put in more cash each day or will it be fine on its own for a bit?

Approval is simply a percentage that goes down when:

1. A day goes by it goes down 1 percent

2. You kill a citizen of the kingdom it goes down 10 percent

3. You steal from the kingdom's stalls/citizen it goes down 10 percent

And it raises differently depending on the resource the ones I usually do is maples which go up either .33% to 1%, or coal (acts like maples), or teaks/mahogany which give 1%+ (These were all guesstimations so don't hate me if I'm wrong).

Edit: about how much money it takes out: it takes out 10% of the gp in there UP TO 75k if you have doen royal trouble (or whatever the second quest in the series is called), or 50k if you've only done kingdom of miscellania. So if you put in 1.5m they'll take 75k gp away for 11 days then it'll go down.

Mining one coal is ~1% approval. Its a bit less, but since I only leave the kingdom for a few (say 3 days), it only ever takes me as many coal as days since I last mined there to get 100%. Coal is the fastest way unless you have a bad mining level or use somethign less than rune pick.
