Hello, guys and gals. Im upto treus darth in the haunted mine quest and I was wondering with my skills and invent could i kill him. Ive got:

 

 

 

65 attk, 65 def, 65 Str, 66Hp, 43 Prayer

 

 

 

Invent Setup; 14 Swordfish, 1 (3) dose prayer pot

This in my opinion is the ardest quest boss, you will NEED to range im, as hes constantly moving around, bring alot of high level food, a 1 click teleport and good arrows, you might win, but it will be tough.

What? So your saying i should range him instead of melee? I only have 58 range, also I thought you couldnt teleport inside the boss room?

 

 

 

Also do I have enoguh food ? And Prayer potions?

surprisingly, i dont remember praying against him, bring as much food as you can carry also. Just fill up the extra spaces. Personally i ranged him, when i tried meleeing he moved too frequently for me to hit him.

i meleed, with 27 sharks and a tele and barrow+whip, i nearly died from lack of food.

 

 

 

i never tried ranging, but it would be better, use addycrossbow and mith bolts should be fine

I killed him with like 5 cakes and 15 tuna (roughly) using ddp++ and whip. Unlucky me though, that [bleep] moved a mine cart on me which once removed 30+ hp. The other time it removed only ~6hp. Anyway, you should range him if you don't want to try your luck with dd specs. I hit him extremely lucky though, like 14-13-10-11-15-13-0-8 (in 4 hits only 0,5 missed).

lol my dds was 0-0, 0-0, 0-0, 0-8.

If you've got Staff of Iban, that makes short work of the cowardly rascal.

Ammo: mith bolts

Nothing to get pumped about lol, pretty boring fight.

 

 

 

Why are you bringing iron darts and steel arrows? Mith bolts will be all you need.

Also, whats my strategy for killing him ?

 

He tele's alot and there are cranes and flying [dangerous] stuff, so should I chase him, stay still or what?

Pray doesnt really work as he attacks you with the equipment in the mine.

 

and dont melee him I tryed and I got run over by the mine cart (and died).
