You can do it easily. Whether your range or melee it is up to you. The visage is realy rare but the hides/bones always pay for the trip.

You could easily solo it, just you will need to pray and use anti-fire potions.

 

 

 

Though the drops are super rare, you don't spend much per trip, in some cases you will make money. It's mostly just for fun in my eyes, I wouldn't advise doing it to make money.

Unless you want to solo and only get about 1-3 kills
