Well my inventory was full and I had Ava's Attractor on, so it dropped the arrow it produced. This was the result.

The top arrow was clickable until the bottom one disappeared I believe.

I have seen this with runes before, never arrows, though.

When I see people say it, I pronounce it "poon" in my head. Makes more sense to me. My friend said it in real life once and I almost kneed him in the family-maker.
