I am sorry that I had to post this in a new topic and would do it in my other one but fear that no one would read it.

This is a computer game that you can download the demo for that is you running a democracy.

 

You can choose from any of them (only The U.K for the demo) and run it and see how you would do. I think it's a game that ANYONE need's to play at least 10 times before they make a decision on anything political. I know that the title post of my political idolgy thread was a FAIL but I tend to get carried away when I post about thing's I support.

 

This thread is not about the game but more about the idea and I would really like it if you mod's did not put this in the video game sub forum.

The game angle will probably produce some different discussion anyway, we've heard all normal ideology opinons before.

OT: This honestly looks kind of stupid...I mean the concept is interesting, but you have to BUY it...which is kind of a drag. And it seems you'll need some knowledge of Politics.

Like said, it's a bit of an obstacle that you *have* to pay for this game when much better games are out there as shareware and freeware. It's also probably not popular enough to even have torrents for it, so it likely has a low player base around here.

 

 

 

I'd imagine it to be a very good investment for schools/etc... Though. I dl'ed the the demo which is a bit sketchy and has only 1 nation to begin with, but it's interesting and shows you how in the real world & politics, everything is interconnected... Poverty, crime, education, corruption, welfare, etc.

I solved all but one of the starting problems, and had a 46% voter base. Then the demo ended. :x
