Michigander Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 Well I've been killing a few people today and have been getting junk loot like what you get 1 iteming but this is on 700k+ kills, killed some girl twice for ~1m each time dbower in black mystic once just killed a rusher in black mystic and fire cape (gf cape) now all those kills have been nooby loots such as trout and bodies (fire cape kill) I have WELL over 75k dskirt dscim nez helm glory dds dboots barrows gloves so I have no clue why I'm not getting any loot does anyone else have something like this happening to them? If you run out\in before you kill someone, your much less likely to get a good drop. Value of your opponents items is NOT the big factor. Drops: 1x Draconic Visage, 56x Abyssal Whip, 5x Demon Head, D Drops: 37, Barrows Drops: 43, DK Drops: 29GWD drops: 14,000x Bars, 1x Armadyl Hilt, 2x Armadyl Skirt, 4x Sara Sword, 1x Saradomin Hilt, 8x Bandos Hilt, 8x Bandos Platebody, 9x Bandos Tassets, 4x Bandos Boots, 43x Godsword Shard, 82x Dragon BootsDry streak records: Saradomin 412 kills Bandos 988 kills Spirit Mages 633 kills - Slayer Sucks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Patr1ck Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 The more kills you have the worse the drop gets, for instance if I get 2 kills in 2 minutes the nexdt kill is gonna suck. Depends how long u were in hotspot. Also if u kill lots of ppl ur drop rate lowers. In my clan's last PK trip I killed a Ranger in Barbarian Village - he had 99 Ranged (skillcape), nobody "helped" fight either of us and we both used up most of the food in our inventory before I finally killed him. Do you know what I got? A Strength Potion(1) :wall: Having more than 75k worth of items with you doesn't improve your chance of getting better loot. When you hit the 75k mark, your luck for loot stabilizes and won't improve not even by 1gp even if you were wearing full 3rd Age Melee or something. Jagex really needs to rework the loot system for PvP worlds, right now the only way to make a decent profit from PKing is through Bounty Hunter.
