I want to get 99 str before gitting mage, range, and prayer up.

You may want to consider getting your prayer up first, at least to 43 - this way, you're able to use all of the Protection prayers - beneficial for getting that 99 Str.

If you have any spare cash, get attack to 70 so you can use a sara sword. And if you train strenght and slayer you could get some extra cash if you dont have any, and doing what serpant said would also be a nice thing to invest in.

You'll need 70 attack for an Abyssal Whip, too, one of the best overall one-handed weapons in the game. Grab that!

since brice wanted 99 str i didnt wanna mention the whip as its a pain to get to 99 with that, but thats also a nice thing to have

Just take your little pixels down to the tzhaar fight caves for melee, and alch like crazy for mage, then use alch money for bones and arrows

Training in fight caves is not a good thing to do, alching will also generally lose you money unless you obtain most of the materials yourself, as for ranged i suggest using knives on yaks ( after getting void (( which you can use melee to get)) ), i think its the fastest alternative to range training after chinchompas.
