If not, he's someone else's, and he's just following you in an attempt to creep you out, or because he's bored, so he is of no danger to you. If he is attacking you, kill him, problem solved. But did he ever actually attack you? Like, land a hit? Because the DT stranger is supposed to follow people around if their target disappears.
