If you all have a netflix subscription then yes I believe it is (Although it may not be implemented yet). You can not do this for DVDs/movies etc. locally, has to be from netflix. I tried watching a video on my xbox with a party with my brother in the other room and I couldn't figure out how to get him to watch too. I also thought that is one of the new features.. The way the netflix is setup is by adding your xbox to neflix as a "netflix ready device". So you personally don't need a netflix account in theory you just need to add it to someones netflix account. I'll test my theory out later and add my brothers xbox to my netflix and see if we both can watch a movie in a party. edit: tried it, didn't work. Streaming a DVD would be very very hard to do and make it good quality which is why that feature is netflix only. With netflix it sees you as a group and starts the movie at the same time I'm guessing, seeing as you're getting it from the server and not from each other it can load just fine. What you do from a netflix account is go to "Your Account" then click on "Netflix Ready Device Activation" under billing and movie watching activity. Then it should be pretty easy for someone to figure out from there. On the xbox you do the netflix set up and it gives you an activation code. Once you add it to netflix, its pretty straight forward, it should say XBLIVE and a bunch of numbers. under the list of devices set up to you account. As I don't have netflix I can't advise you, maybe they haven't added it yet? All I know is that when it is added is that it'll be netflix only.
