Hi does anyone know if wearing a ring of wealth can affect summoning charm drops?

Most likely not as it only affects the chance of getting a big drop. (There was a quote from Jagex somewhere stating how the ROW works but I can't seem to find it.)

It goes something like this:

 

" Lets say that you randomly get items from a wheel. There would be that rare item you want, but you would have to spin it to get it. The ROW adds another wheel so it makes your chance of getting a rare item higher"

 

 

 

YEAH YEAH, its not exactly what they said, but its basically a summary.

The RoW has NO affect on the type of charm you get. This is because charms are a secondary drop, thus are not counted on the "drop wheel" which is spun after each kill and randomly generates your drops.

Nope, it just increases your chance of a rare drop..
