I want to be able to hunt waterfiends who I hope has no slayer req (if wrong tell me). I have minimal stats and can someone tell me the MIN stats not to lose a bundle there? Also can someone tell me a quick overview of a method to use there? And not using a Zammy Spear what other weapons can be used there?

My friend has the same prayer level as you and somewhat higher melee stats (82 att and str), and he makes a profit. You should be fine.

Use a flail if you dont want to get a z spear.

cheapest is dragon mace + rune def (works but slow)- with d'hide top and legs, best helm boots cape you can afford and kill while praying ranged. Super pure set, some prayer pots and food (pineapple pizzas are great)
