Hi, this is a lame question, but I'm going to go for my fire cape but I can't find any guides that used to be up explaining how to get it. :roll:

 

 

 

Can anyway give me a link to a good guide for a normal person going for the fire cape, I can do Guthans and whatnot. I just need to learn about the Italy rock and everything else.
