Nah I was training my f2p pure at gnomecopter cows and noticed the store there sells buckets for 9gp, and there is a dairy cow close by, and also a bank.

Milk does sell, but not in any great numbers. Usually questers will but it instead of going to cows. Good luck :

hrm.. it costs 9gp each? how near is it to the bank? been getting my buckets from Port Phasmatys and the walk's kinda far.

They are 9gp each, but they are buckets of water, though they are extremely close to a bank. You can put your cursor on the bank from the store.
