Just kitting up for my 1st trip ever! to aviansies.

 

 

 

The guide im using tells me to not wear the arma pendent as i will be praying range the whole time.

 

 

 

Would it be best to take it for my first time as i have NEVER been any where near them before and i have no clue what sort of attacks to expect.

 

 

 

 

 

Also..... Is there a substitute for the unholy book as i dont have it. (or does the damaged book suffice?)

damaged book works as a god item and +4 prayer bonus

 

 

 

dont use pendent use unholy symbol

only use pendent if your going into the eyrie, otherwise stick with the unholy symbol like the guy said, and you can also use a holy book.

Anyway, listen to what the others are saying, do not wear an armadyl pendant unless your entering across the grapple place.

sara dhide hat thingy or sara mitre

 

ava's accumilator?

 

one of those stole thingies

 

addy bolts or mithril bolts(e)

 

rune c'bow

 

monk robe

 

unholy book

 

barrows gloves if you have, if not, best range bonus gloves

 

black dhide legs if you can

The damaged book didn't work for me when I tried it so I definitely suggest a quick teleport. It could have been Bandos followers attacking me, but it wasn't melee... which I think they all are.
