(when I saw "better ### def" i'm comapring 'Rune Chainbody + Dhide chaps' with 'Dhide Body + Rune pl8legs')

 

 

 

Which would be best for a 74ran/70 def tank? Use rune pl8 instead of chain (not likely)? What about with different stats?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: PS: I originally planned to do the Rune Chainbody + Dhide chaps Because of the better SLASH DEFENCE and there is RARELY mages in F2P PvP

use the platelegs, higher magic and overall def bonus.

or chainbody with d'hide chaps

 

 

 

i'de go with the 1st tho

dragonhide body and rune platelegs seem the best to me, though its a toss up with rune chainbody/dragonhide legs. have you checked how much each cost? that might help you decide. (e.g. how much you'll have to spend to replace if you die etc.)
