If you are training slayer it is handy, providing you have sufficient means of alternative transportation (ie spirit trees, games necklace, slaying ring, tele tabs fairy rings etc etc etc...) Just move your house to Pollovinech. House tele or House Tab and its just a few steps out. It is also helpful if you have an alter in your house to recharge prayer.
