mister_moocky Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 Off the top of my head: Ranger hat and pennance skirt are for ranging, and have positive defence in all areas. Healer hat is for mage. Runner boots have +1 range and mage attack with some defence. Torso has +4 str (same as bandos plate) with less defence than rune; only like 2 less slash but notably less crush and stab defence. Gloves reduce weight and provide some minor defence. Fighter hat has melee accuracy boosts (+5?) and def; no strength bonus. quit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AlexDT Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 The torso and gloves are really the only useful items for a reasonably high-leveled player; I usually just use a neitiznot or slayer helmet instead of the fighter hat. Plus, it's really aggravating to get back if you lose it. In fact, I barely use the torso either... Wearing full penance makes it easier to find a team in the BA lobby, but that's about it really.
