The correction forums are more of a priority and it allows picture proofshots which get corrections up faster. It also shows who submitted it 100% of the time and that person may be very dependable. We get a lot of BS submitted through the site and it is not our top priority so it may be either discarded or left for a long time til a crew member can confirm it.
