vettro
What should I set my workers on? And why should I do the 2nd quest? Is there any point if I'm not going to use the extra things it allows me use? Thanks.
Fekambard
I believe 2nd Quest is to gain more workers? If so it is definately worth doing as you recieve more workers which will make more cash for you. Also 10 workers on raw fish, and 5 on flax or coal is usually best. Although some people like to put 5 workers on maples incase of rare tree seeds from nests.
vettro
Hmmm.... if that's the case then I'll do it! Can anybody confirm it?

vettro
Ok. Do I want raw or cooked? If it was cooked I would probably use most of it for slayer. . . Raw sells for more though doesn't it.

curmudgeony
Key thing to remember is that everyone uses 10 fish 5 flax/coal, so always check your prices before you withdrawl. I was lucky enough to have about 3 weeks of production saved right when the guthix quest came out, so I made some decent bank on the herb section. Maples trees are always iffy. The cost of maples from the kingdom, is higher then what they sell for--same for teak and mahogany but you have the advantages of possibly getting nests and tree seeds. Swordies take a bit longer to sell, they one might expect them to. The advantage to fishing is the chance for casts, keys and clue scrolls. Coal is tricky, you will make a profit on it, but I've found that mtk coal is a great source if you're using the blast furnace. The clay hammer will probably cause a slight price [bleep]e in coal, but that's iffy.
